Position: Customer Support Staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and professional assistance to customers via phone, email, and online channels.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions related to logistics and transportation services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
