Position: Logistics Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the flow of goods and materials through the logistics process.
• Oversee transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
• Ensure timely and accurate tracking of shipments, delivery schedules, and order fulfillment.
• Develop and implement efficient logistics strategies to optimize transportation and supply chain processes.
• Work closely with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Prepare and manage logistics documentation including shipping forms, bills of lading, and customs declarations.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (Fresh graduates with relevant academic qualifications are also encouraged to apply).
• Strong knowledge of logistics operations, including transportation and inventory management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
